I can't believe it's already time for another duck post! Yes, Miss Kennedy is 3 months old today and as sweet as ever! She is also as wiggly as ever. I can't remember if I wrote it in her 2 month duck post but we're thinking she may be a sleep walker when she gets older - she moves so much even in her sleep!!! lol :) While on the move she is a good sleeper. Twice this past month she actually slept all night (more than 8 hours). She generally gets up once or twice during the night around 11:00 and 3:00 but I think that's pretty good too as she goes right back to sleep after eating a quick snack. Kennedy is still busy rolling but has only gone back to front one time. She's great at getting herself up on her side but struggles to get her arm out of the way to get all the way over and onto her tummy. She has started noticing toys and just today began reaching for and batting a toy over her bouncy chair on her own. Kennedy also enjoys looking at herself in the mirror quite a lot. :) She coos and smiles frequently. She can actually be quite verbal at times when you get her going. Great Aunt Jolene had Kennedy giggling several times when we saw her a week ago (pictures to follow) but no one else has been able to get a repeat performance (and I have tried very hard!!!). Aunt Jolene obviously has the magic touch! Kennedy continues to be an excellent little traveler. On our way back from Tennessee yesterday (which is a 9-10 hour drive) we only made one stop. She is amazing and we sure appreciate it! Kennedy enjoys chewing on her fists as well as her pacifier. She is also still in love with her fuzzy pink blanket and blue seahorse. Per Kelly's advice I probably need to find out where those came from and get an extra of each for the future when they might require replacing. As you can see Miss Kennedy is busy doing all the normal baby things and we're enjoying every minute of our time watching her grow and discover!
