New Swingset

This weekend we wanted to do something special with Reagan before Kennedy arrives. Unfortunately the forecast was for rain on Saturday so our plans were spoiled. We had been meaning to get a small swingset for our garage/carport, however, for Reagan to play with this winter when it won't be easy to get out with Kennedy so we decided to locate and build that instead. As such we spent the day looking for a set our friends Musa and Harun have that Reagan loves. We couldn't find it but we found another that we think is going to work just as well.

And so it begins... The box said 20 minute assembly - it may be that Tim and I are a bit slow (in more ways than one) but it took us a little longer than 20 minutes to put this together. :)

and swing too - which this is even better than we anticipated because she can get in and out herself as well as actually push herself a bit. This is perfect for Reagan as she does a lot more of hopping in and out of swings at parks than she does actual swinging.

We will try to get some more and better pictures taken and posted of Reagan playing on her swingset soon. We were headed to church and so didn't have much time to play Saturday evening. She was extremely excited when she saw it, however, and I think I was able to capture some cute video of her before I started taking still photos.
