Playground Fun

The weather was beautiful Sunday so we enjoyed a walk in the park.

I'm not so sure about this Dad, maybe we should head back to the swing...

We love you Grandma Karen!

Grandma Karen got this super cute Winnie the Pooh outfit for Reagan. Reagan was wearing it today so when we heard Grandma was having a rough day we thought some smiles from a sweet baby might cheer her up. Reagan, Pooh, and all their friends are sending lots of hugs, kisses, thoughts, and prayers to Illinois and everyone there!

Playground Playdate with Olivia & Audrey

Today we got together with Liz, Olivia, and Audrey for a playdate in Brenmar Park. After a coffee stop we took a break at the new playground the city recently built.
Reagan loves to swing...
Olivia loves to slide...
and Aundrey enjoys watching from the bench with Mom...

Cute Girls

After we finished our walk we came back to our house to eat and play a little more. Has anyone ever seen three sweeter cuter girls?

Booster Chair

Reagan tried out her booster chair from Grandma Sherry and Grandpa Ted for the first time yesterday and loved it. She's such a big girl! After eating she enjoyed using it to play with her toys too. Thanks for the gift! :)

Reagan's First Halloween

We started out our Halloween by meeting Uncle Nathan and Aunt Kim for lunch. Everyone thought Reagan was so cute and one of the managers even offered Reagan a free Sunday. We thought that was very nice but that Reagan was a little young, maybe next year... :)
Checking out another pumpkin...
Three Pumpkins ready for action...
Daddy dressed up like a pirate for work so he got dressed up again for us at home for a picture.

Since Reagan was a little young to go Trick-or-Treating this year we all sat outside and handed out candy (over 350 pieces by quarter after eight - we get so many trick-or-treaters!). Reagan absolutely loved all the people coming up and talking to us. She also loved wearing her costume and never once tried to pull it off (although her little pumpkin feet kept falling off). She definately enjoyed her first Halloween and we're looking forward to next year when she gets to be a little duck! :)

Halloween in Wisconsin

While in Wisconsin we dressed Reagan up in her pumpkin costume again. This time it just so happened Aunt Arla and Brittany's puppies (Sidon and Delilah) had pumpkin costumes to match. We had a great time taking pictures of our three little pumpkins. Too cute and too much fun! lol :)
What are those crazy people doing to us?
Time to make a break for it...
Where did my pumpkin buddies go?

Halloween in Illionis

Reagan had her first Trick-or-Treat experience at Grandma Karen and Grandpa Jim's while we were visiting them at the beginning of October. Reagan went Trick-or-Treating with her brand new Brown Bear Jr. in matching costume from Grandma Karen and Aunt Julie (we will post more pictures on that later). Her first treat ever was a King size Snickers. What a way to start out Reagan!
After Trick-or-Treating Reagan painted pumpkins for all her Grandmas. Thank you to Grandma Karen for being so sweet and thoughtful and planning such a fun fall activity!
Okay, maybe Aunt Julie, Grandma Karen, and Mommy thought it was a little more fun than Reagan....
Look at all those cute hand and footprints!
Clean up time!

Watch Me Grow - 6 Months

Reagan has hit the 6 month milestone and is more fun than ever! This morning we were in the grocery store and she collected admirers left and right. I thought one worker might be coming home with us she and Reagan were having so much fun together (Reagan was laughing so hard she was having trouble catching her breath).
~
As you can see from the picture Reagan is sitting up by herself now. She has also started eating vegetables. So far we've just tried sweet potatoes and Great Aunt Pat's squash but Reagan loves them both (especially Aunt Pat's squash - wish we had more!!!). This evening we're planning on trying our first green vegetable - peas.
~
We'll hopefully have lots of pictures of our big trip to Illinois, Wisconsin, and Tennessee posted soon so everyone can see what Reagan was up to between months 5 and 6. Sorry we've been so delinquint in getting pictures posted lately but it's hard to do when you're gone for nearly 3 1/2 weeks. Thanks to everyone for so much fun we enjoyed seeing so many of you!

A Few Cute Pics

I am hot stuff!
~
(Yes, we obviously edited out the arm holding Reagan up - either way we thought this was a funny picture of a silly baby)
Uncle Mark doctored up this photo of Daddy and Reagan in NYC's Central Park. Now everyone can see how much Reagan looks like her Daddy. :)
Good grief, here we go again...

Eating Veggies

On Wednesday, October 17, Reagan had her first meal of vegetables. Great Aunt Pat was nice enough to send some squash from her own garden home with Grandma Sherry and Reagan thought it was extremely yummy (and so did we)! Thank you for sharing your squash with us Aunt Pat!
~
This is good stuff! Faster Mommy, faster!

All done and that sure was good!
Reagan is sitting in an antique highchair Great Grandma LaBar and her brothers used, Grandpa Ted and his brothers used, and Mommy and Uncle Andrew used when they were babies. Reagan loved Great Aunt Pat's squash in the highchair too...
Umm, umm, good! What's for dessert?

Rolling Over!

On Monday, October 1, Anna, Reagan, and Aunt Kayci spent the afternoon visiting Great Grammy. Reagan was on the floor with Anna and Aunt Kayci when she decided to roll from her back to her front. While we were all very excited we also all missed the roll! This was inspite of the fact that we were sitting on the floor with Reagan. We were too busy talking about our nonexsistent future children when Aunt Kayci exclaimed "Reagan's on her tummy!" lol :)

Reagan demonstarted her rolling skills later that day for Grandma Karen and Grandpa Jim at their home. What a big girl!

Rolling Away

Reagan is attempting to roll out of the carseat at Great-Grammy's house.
