This past week Aunt Julie flew in to visit us and we had a great time. Thanks so much for coming Aunt Julie and we can't wait to see you again! :)

Aunt Julie taught Reagan how to sunbathe this week
Reagan has recently started noticing her shadow and I thought this was so cute of her checking it out with her little ponytails there Reagan must take after Grandma Sherry who loves to lay out in the sun while reading a good book - yes, Reagan is indeed reading (babbling) out loud for everyone to hear and enjoy lol :)
I'm sure anyone who has children has had the experience of being amazed at something your child has learned that you had no idea they were even paying attention too. In the last couple of days Reagan has started saying "Stop!" and putting her hand out in front of her whenever she sees a stop sign. We're not sure how or where she learned this but at 15 months she appears to have stops signs figured out. lol :)
On Saturday we went to the National Zoo with Aunt Julie and had lots fun! :) Reagan's favorite animals are probably the lions and tigers but she really enjoys watching most of the animals now.
On Friday we went downtown with Aunt Julie. We played out on the National Mall while we were waiting for the Natural History Museum to open.
Reagan checking out a model of a Koala's hand Crawling through the termite tunnel Tickle Time Having Italian Ice at the USDA Farmer's Market Reagan's first Kettlecorn - Yum! On our walk back home from the metro station we could not keep Reagan awake - poor wiped out baby! :)
Before heading to Maine to start hiking south on the Appalachian Trail Uncle Andrew and Aunt Jen stopped in one more time to visit us along with Grandma Sherry and Grandpa Ted the weekend of August 2/3. Here are a few pictures of Uncle Andrew and Reagan enjoying one of her favorite books.
